If you see the error message "your credentials are invalid", you will need to confirm your details again, and create a new username and password.
Please note that you may need to use a different username to the one you first chose, for example 1234567@bristol where 1234567 is your student number.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the accommodation office.
We will not cancel your offer of accommodation during this time.
